Decayed Ethics

Summary: 

 After Mother's appearance to the Human race 30 years ago. People began changing...  Everyone soon discovered they received an unattended "gift" from Mother the Goddess of Life/ Birth and Fertility.   Chaos ensued as Earthly religious groups started an all out war across the world for Dominion in an attempt to erase Mother.  A war that lasted over a decade...  

When the War finally ended Human kind was able to finally look to the stars with the almost forgotten knowledge of Habitable planets she has shown.  And a new Polytheism was adopted by a majority of the world.

This story is about (Malcolm)  who is  a Colonist.  He signed up as an Engineer for the SS Nightingale Ark.  Although he lived through the Religious War and witnessed the horrors people commit in the name of their god, he hopes the new planet will give him a brand new start...  But of course one can always count on Humans to screw everything up.
