Hot Fix!

I removed my custom script entirely from the project.  Decayed Ethics now works on Windows Emulators and other Windows driven devices.

Linux Version still works as intended, however to be extra sure I removed my script from that version as well.

All assets were double checked on 3 different devices including my Android phone.  There should not be any more issues with assets not loading in properly.
